The Platform
Applied Instructional Resources Logica (AIR Logica) represents a fundamental shift in how we approach Generative AI and instructional design. Rather than treating AI as a simple productivity tool, AIR Logica harnesses AI Agentic Flows—autonomous, intelligent systems that replicate expert decision-making processes. Each tool in the AIR Logica suite embodies decades of instructional design expertise built on empirical evidenced models, codified into systematic workflows that deliver professional-grade analysis and design recommendations.
AIR Auditor is the first tool in this ecosystem, transforming the labor-intensive process of SCORM package analysis from a 16-24 hour manual task into a 5-30 minute automated workflow. AIR Auditor applies seven proprietary analytical methods: objective extraction (identifying explicit and inferred learning goals), assignment of Bloom's level (cognitive demand classification), content classification (11-type taxonomy), content-objective mapping (hierarchical alignment), assessment analysis (coverage evaluation), statistical summarisation, and structure-design pattern analysis—delivering comprehensive instructional design intelligence in minutes rather than days.
The Creator
AIR Logica is developed by Sanjay Mahendrakumar Mukherjee, bringing over 30 years of experience in building processes and products across media communication, training, and digital learning.
Sanjay has developed proprietary instructional design frameworks that balance pedagogical rigour with real-world implementation constraints. His work focuses on making expert-level instructional design accessible through intelligent automation.
With a post-graduate degree in Communication & Journalism, a masters in History, a graduate diploma in business management and professional certifications in Business Model Innovation, Sanjay has spent three decades at the intersection of communication, creative thinking, learning theory and practical application.
He designed training and training methods across 5 different industries, delivering hands-on technical, behavioural and soft-skill training to hundreds of employees in operational contexts. Subsequently he developed instructional design models and approaches for corporate clients in executive roles for different organisations. Sanjay is the Founder-Editor of Learning Equilibrium, a digital magazine focused on end-user research in AI, and writing about the intersection of digital media, learning and skills. He also founded The Mountain Walker, a social entrepreneurial company focused on rural service skills and communication products in the Indian Himalayas.
Author of five books including Conversations with Claude and Other AIs, Sanjay is recognized for translating complex AI capabilities into practical business applications, while exploring the evolving relationship between human expertise and artificial intelligence in professional contexts.
